Frequently Asked Questions

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel. It is possible, provided that we have not started producing your parts. It can still be cancelled but what has been produced must be written off as a charge. Please contact us immediately, so we can work something out for you!

It all depends on your order, large orders could take longer - however we strive to send off custom orders between 1-3 days on average.

If you want to add additional items, we can assist you with adding the items to an existing order and waiving the courier charge on the new order. Any other alterations specific to your needs, give us a shout! Happy to help.

Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking details. Please check your spam box, it could have gone there!

In some rare occasions, your order may be delayed by any of the following reasons. QA rejected your parts and it's being reprinted and settings are being calibrated. We're experiencing higher than usual orders and all machines are buzzing away, you're in the queue! Or a courier is having delays and it's running a little late! We'll always communicate any delays on our part.
